Care Philosophy
My care philosophy follows the medical adage: “to cure sometimes, to relieve often, to comfort always”
My approach to care begins with creating a safe, warmth and trusting environment where patients feel comfortable expressing their goals and needs. I strive to listen attentively to patients in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner.
An important goal of my practice is to provide personalized and evidence-based care by working in partnership with the patient to create the best treatment plan for their individual needs.
I firmly believe in the importance of lifestyle changes including nutrition, physical activity and stress relief to promote healing. During our visits I hope patients feel guided, supported and empowered to take an active role in improving their health.

Interests & Activities
I am particularly interested in the concept of “food as medicine” in promoting healing as well as the impact of traditional spiritual and contemplative practices on overall wellbeing.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing yoga, walking/ and jogging, exploring plant -based recipes and reading. When possible, I enjoy travelling and experiencing new cultures.
