Care Philosophy
I view individuals, and the difficulties they are experiencing, within the greater context of their environment, taking an ecological systems approach to mental health. My therapeutic approach focuses on pragmatic and contextual applications of evidence-based practices with a particular interest in behavioral interventions as influenced by my training as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a proud Latina and immigrant, I am committed to increasing access to culturally responsive mental healthcare for individuals with marginalized identities.

In my personal time I can most often be found hiking or working with my hands in one of my many creative outlets (sewing, polymer clay, woodworking, digital design), enjoying an audiobook while outdoors with my dogs, and trying new cuisines with my partner.
