Care Philosophy
In my practice, I focus on the things that make up a person’s health and wellbeing. There are so many factors that play a role in health, including diet, exercise, sleep, mental health, relationships, and hobbies. By optimizing some of these factors, I hope to improve chronic disease progression and quality of life.
I believe that healthcare is a partnership. I love creating goals with patients to improve their health. I am committed to making sure my patients feel safe, respected, and heard when meeting with me.
