Friendly and understanding

Dr. Hall and his medical staff were wonderful! But the front office really didn't seem to care about me or my time. I stood in a long line of patients waiting to get checked in. Long story short, the front office should be more professional, more compassionate, and acknowledge the patients.

I found him to be competent and friendly. I trusted him to do my procedure and so far, all is going great!
