I think Dr Casano is terrific

She was caring and efficient and discussed treatment options

She takes the time to listen, she gives her input, she was very helpful, very professional, very nice...we need more dr like her...she really made me feel comfortable in talking with her, and I trust her, which is so hard to find these days .

Dr. Casano has great bedside manner. She explains things so it's very easy to understand. She listens to her patients rather than talking over them or being condescending like I've experienced from other Doctors in the past.
