Anna Horton, NP was excellent. She listened to my concerns and answered them satisfactorily. She is very empathetic and ensured she was there to help me. Several days after my appointment, she followed up with me to make sure I was ok and provided additional information I needed to care for my medical issues.

Anna is very compassionate kind and informative to my health needs. She listens to my concerns and made sure if i had any other concerns questions or issues. She did her best to schedule referral appointments with specialist that are close to home. Considering Maricopa is such a rural town.

Probably, the nicest person I have met at Banner Health. She took all the time needed to respond to all my issues. If I have a choice at the next time I make an appointment when Dr. Dong is not available, I will ask for Ms. Horton.
