Several days after my appointment, she followed up with me to make sure I was ok and provided additional information I needed to care for my medical issues.

Anna is very compassionate kind and informative to my health needs. She listens to my concerns and made sure if i had any other concerns questions or issues. She did her best to schedule referral appointments with specialist that are close to home. Considering Maricopa is such a rural town.

Probably, the nicest person I have met at Banner Health. She took all the time needed to respond to all my issues. If I have a choice at the next time I make an appointment when Dr. Dong is not available, I will ask for Ms. Horton.
