Care Philosophy
I believe that care is most effective when we work as a team. Each patient knows themselves, their experiences, and their values far better than I do, and my goal is to combine their expertise of themselves with my expertise of mental and physical well-being. This allows us to create a treatment plan that is tailored to each person’s needs and personal goals. I also firmly believe that it is my responsibility to earn each patient’s trust through creating a safe and judgement-free space for them to enter at every appointment.
Specializing In
I have received specialized training in child and adolescent mental health, as well as women’s mental health across the lifespan, from onset of menses through menopause.
Interests & Activities
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family - which includes a goofy, 70lb greyhound puppy - , hiking, traveling, and trying to grow as much of our own food as we can.
