Amy Simonds Taylor, LPC

I am a licensed professional counselor working with people experiencing a broad set of human issues including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress management, insomnia, panic, trauma, family issues, retirement, and other life changes.

My master's degree is in marriage and family therapy. I see individual adults and families. My goal is to help you live the life you want, doing what is important to you. I use a variety of pragmatic and solution-focused approaches including CBT, CBTI (for insomnia), ACT, and person-centered care.

I am a singer in the Arizona Women's Chorus and my husband's garage band. I enjoy travelling, cooking, reading, and talking with my mom.
