Amy has always been a wonderful provider for our son. She has shown us she really cares. But she's also down to earth and a real person - she just gets it.

She was direct, understanding, and compassionate about our daughter having diabetes. She also made it clear that she is there to advocate for us in helping our daughter get the best care she can. Very impressed and felt all of our concerns were heard and validated.
