Care Philosophy
I became an OB/GYN because I love being part of people's most important moments, from the routine to the life-changing. Whatever brings you in, my first job is to listen. Your story, your questions, and your concerns shape everything that comes next.
I'm a teacher at heart, so expect plenty of explanation. I'll walk you through what's going on, what your options are, and what the latest evidence says, in plain language and at a pace that works for you. No question is too small, and no topic is off the table.
Then the decision is yours. My role is to give you honest information and my best recommendations, and to support you in choosing what fits your life and your values.
Caring for underserved communities is something I'm deeply passionate about. Everyone deserves high-quality, respectful care, and I'm here to help make that a reality for my patients.
Interests & Activities
Outside the office, you'll usually find me hanging out with my partner or plotting our next big trip (I'm always happy to take travel recommendations!). I love staying active, whether that's a run, a bike ride, a Peloton class, or a little yoga or Pilates.
