Care Philosophy

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based medication management tailored to each individual's unique needs. My approach is a blend of psychopharmacology with a holistic understanding of how mind, body, and environment influence mental health. I work collaboratively with patients to support mood stability, reduce anxiety, and improve overall wellbeing.

Interests & Activities

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my children and family, being in nature, taking vacations, and relaxing.
