Care Philosophy

I try to make sure that each patient is treated like I'd like my family to be treated. My approach to care starts with a compassionate personal focus on the mother and baby in front of me. I take into account each unique situation and the available medical evidence for various options. I recognize that medical care involves uncertainty but aim for optimism All decisions are made with a mother and her family in the context of continued support.

Interests & Activities

My interests are teaching the next generation of doctors, midwives and nurses as well as helping to redesign the care system to provide the best possible care for all patients.
