Care Philosophy
I work with a psychodynamic and mindfulness treatment modality. I meet my patients where they are at in the present moment while at the same time helping them explore and understand unresolved issues that continue to cause discomfort in their lives. My goal is to help empower my clients to manifest the life they desire and feel good!

Trauma processing and healing, EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), health and chronic pain issues, somatic symptoms, adjustment issues due to a new medical diagnosis, anxiety spectrum issues, depression, relationship issues, adjustment related issues, mindfulness and meditation, mind/body connection

Dr. Davis was an incredible active listener. She provided a comfortable space to allow me to express my feelings without judgement. She never interrupted and the appointment was clearly focused on my needs. She also steered the appointment to ensure the proper information was communicated in the time allotted. She showed empathy and compassion towards my condition and supplied me with multiple resources to move forward.
