I am a mother of 3 active boys, so in my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and family enjoying their sports activities or family time. I also enjoy running as a past-time, and completed my first half-marathon this past year. In addition to working as a pediatric nurse practitioner, I also have a passion for raising awareness of diabetes in our community and work with the local diabetes organizations and school nurse associations to provide outreach and education about diabetes care.
