In the broadest sense, I want to help each patient through a difficult time, with the goal of getting back to his or her life healthy and able to enjoy everything that was possible before. That means a focus on giving the highest-level care available anywhere, and also on managing the side-effects of treatment and the healing process in a very active way. That takes a lot of direct time with patients, but this is what I find the most rewarding.

I am very committed to the science of oncology, and give my patients the benefit of access to a wide variety of clinical trials that aren't available at other centers.
Outside of work I love hiking, playing tennis and listening to orchestral music. I've been a nationally-certified racetrack driving instructor since 2004.
