Care Philosophy
My philosophy is to treat each patient like the individuals that they are. I love to get to know patients and understand their story to help guide me to an individualized treatment plan. A medication or exercise plan or diet strategy will work great for one person but would be all wrong for someone else. I seek to find the right plan for the right person. I love building a relationship of trust with my patients so that they feel comfortable with me and will be motivated to work with me to improve their health and their lives.

I love reading both fiction and non-fiction. But my passion is fantasy novels, and Brandon Sanderson is a favorite. I am an Arizona Wildcats fan and love going to football and basketball games. I love my family and love spending time with my husband, our two children, and our two dogs. Bear Down!
