I focus on developing trusting, warm relationships, and creating a safe and nurturing space where one can gain self-understanding and insight, that would lead to growth through life challenges. I provide individual and family therapy, address parental issues, and general consultations to children, adolescents, and adults. I use evidenced-based approaches, specializing in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Behavior Management Skills.

Medical (sleep, bariatric) and mental (anxiety, depression) health, ADHD/learning disability assessment, pre-surgical evaluations and preparedness.

I am focused on child, adolescent and adult mental health, psychological assessment, attention deficit disorder, and learning disabilities.
