I think Jamil Razzaq does a very good job of becoming knowledgeable about my medical conditions and communicate with me. When I ask probing questions, he never becomes defensive but instead understands I need additional information or explanation. Sometimes he tells me he doesn't know the answer but that I should discuss that question with (Dr. _ specialist) at my next appointment. When he thinks I should see a specialist, he discusses options with me and when we agree, he sends a referral.
