My approach to treatment is pragmatic and contextual, and gives important consideration to family, school, and social issues.

Specializing In

My therapeutic work is focused on adolescents struggling with multiple problems, including challenges related to substance use, mood and anxiety, suicidality, self-injurious behavior, trauma, and behavioral issues at home and school.

Interests & Activities

My interests and expertise are in cognitive behavior therapies. I have extensive training and practice in family-based interventions, mindfulness-based interventions for behavior change, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy.
