Brandon reviewed notes from my PCP, was well versed with my history prior to meeting me, explored the form completed with the MA and my input, and assured all gaps were filled in for proper documentation. He provided sample meds to assist with loading doses and not delay care and expedited a prior authorization for medication. He showed sincere and genuine compassion while providing for mutual decision making and respect beyond what anyone could anticipate. He has a demeanor that is reassuring due to his confidence and knowledge.
