NP Smith took the time to explain the results of my testing and solicited my comments in arriving at a decision for further care. She is just more proof of the excellent medical personnel Banner is so lucky to have.

She made me feel comfortable and was easy to speak with. She listened to my concerns and helped me understand what we needed to do and what she recommended.
