Dr Sugumar is very knowledgeable and explains medical information in a way that is understandable for lay people. He gives a summary of the visit in writing to the patient before leaving. Dr Sugumar is respectful of the patients time but doesn't rush the patient. This is helpful when trying to explain to the doctor the issues when they may seem complicated or the patient doesn't have the medical vocabulary to do so.
