As a Certified Nurse Midwife, my approach to care is grounded in the midwifery model, which honors the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of pregnancy, birth, and gynecologic health. I believe in building trusting, respectful partnerships with each person, recognizing that they are experts of their own bodies and experiences. I strive to provide compassionate, individualized care that supports each person's unique journey, offering evidence-based information and guidance while centering their values and choices. Having personally experienced the empowering care of midwives, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported throughout every stage of life.

Outside of work, my husband and I spend most of our time chasing after our wild but sweet kiddos! We enjoy riding bikes, gardening, trying out new restaurants, and doing arts and crafts together. I also enjoy reading and exercising when I can!
